Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to read computer terminals
- ability to push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- average 32 or more hours per week based on business seasonality
- restrictions on availability limited to three days with only one restriction permitted Friday-Sunday
- of the three restrictions permitted at least one restriction must be time-based
- full-time employees permitted only two days off per week
- both days off must be within the same workweek
- all full-time employees must be available for a minimum of a 5-day workweek
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- knowledge of retail sales principles is a plus
- basic cash handling skills
- customer service experience preferred
- teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
- manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
- act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol
- process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
- assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow all company policy and procedures and notify management of any infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
