Job Qualifications

- Motivated to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and personalized service
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signs, pricing, and support merchandise moves
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and share its benefits
- Collaborate honestly and respectfully with team members to enhance customer service
