Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- comfortable using electronic devices and cash registers
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences
- understand each customer's needs and offer personalized recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- review sales goals, promotions, and product trends daily
- engage with customers warmly to build trust and inspire loyalty
- update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves
- share Macy's Loyalty program benefits and ensure customer satisfaction at the end of each interaction
