Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English

- Able to meet daily sales goals
- Capable of handling electronic devices for transactions
- Physically able to perform tasks such as standing for two consecutive hours, lifting 25 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Good vision including color and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Basic proficiency with technology and handling electronic devices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing and lifting
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
- Understand and communicate product knowledge and promotions effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Meet and strive to exceed daily sales goals through personalized customer interactions
- Support team members and foster a collaborative work environment
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and other electronic devices
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and ensure customers leave satisfied
