Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capacity to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
- ability to use vision skills such as color vision and depth perception
- comfortable using technology including cash registers and handheld devices
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- strong customer focus with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties
- greet customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience
- understand customer needs and offer product recommendations
- meet daily sales goals through effective selling techniques
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- update signage and merchandising to reflect current promotions and trends
- support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration
- complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in the loyalty program
