Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Comfortable with electronic devices and point-of-sale technology
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Capability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Availability to work 12-30+ hours per week depending on schedule
- Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet daily sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with retail sales technology and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate with others
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in friendly, personal conversations
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Assist with merchandise restocking, signage updates, and inventory moves
- Achieve daily sales goals and support promotional activities
- Share loyalty program benefits and provide excellent customer service to foster repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and ensure a positive work environment
