Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- ability to meet daily sales goals
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- comfort using technology and handling cash register transactions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- comfortable with technology including electronic devices and cash registers
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently when needed
Job Duties
- greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism
- understand and address customer needs with personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- review and meet daily sales goals and promotions
- update signage and assist with merchandise movement
- support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration
- share loyalty program benefits and ensure customer satisfaction at the end of each interaction
