Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic proficiency with electronic devices and cash registers
- enthusiasm for meeting sales goals and engaging with customers
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and offer personalized product recommendations
- maintain clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- review and stay informed on sales goals, new arrivals, and current promotions
- engage customers through friendly and personal conversations to build lasting relationships
- recover merchandise, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves
- promote and explain loyalty program benefits to customers
- collaborate with team members to support store goals and deliver excellent customer service
