Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods
- Basic math skills to make change and keep simple records
- Ability to follow safety and security precautions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to perform manual sorting, inspecting, hanging, and stocking of merchandise.

Job Duties
- Maintain helpful and courteous relations with all persons who come into the store and co-workers
- Be familiar with the merchandise and its location
- Maintain store goals as instructed by the store manager
- Observe company rules and regulations regarding cash handling procedures
- Possess skills to sort, pair, and inspect shoes
- Follow all safety policies and fire prevention procedures
- Attend required meetings as required
- Adhere to all ethical standards and confidentiality of records
- Greet customers
- Operate cash registers, make correct change, and bag merchandise
- Sort and inspect clothing and textiles items
- Hang clothing items and perform stock rotation
- Clean store shelves, floor, restrooms, and merchandise areas
- Respond to customer requests in person or on the phone
- Assist with receiving and processing donations
- Prepare store reports, make daily deposits, and maintain employee purchase records in managers' absence
- Support accessibility of services free of barriers to persons with disabilities.
