Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- greet customers with a warm welcome and engage in friendly personal conversations
- understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations

- update signage and pricing and support merchandise moves
- achieve daily and monthly sales goals through smart selling behaviors and customer engagement
- share loyalty program benefits and complete transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration to enhance overall store performance
