Job Requirements

- previous retail or customer service experience a plus

Job Duties
- greet customers with a warm welcome and engage in friendly personal conversations
- understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations

- achieve daily and monthly sales goals through smart selling behaviors and customer engagement
