Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable using technology such as cash registers and handheld devices
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and eagerness to learn and grow
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and establish friendly, personal conversations
- Understand customers’ needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective customer engagement and smart selling behaviors
- Share Macy’s loyalty program benefits and complete sales transactions with accuracy
- Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to enhance store performance
- Continuously learn and improve to meet individual and store sales targets
