Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and build personal connections
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Achieve daily sales goals by engaging customers and employing smart selling techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and manage garment returns or exchanges
- Complete transactions accurately using electronic devices and cash registers
- Support and collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
