Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Proficiency in reading and understanding employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Comfortable working independently and within team dynamics
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
- Capability to handle electronic devices confidently
- Physical ability to talk, lift, stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach
- Ability to perform close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Experience or willingness to use computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and cash register operations
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and work collaboratively in a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized shopping assistance
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Stay informed about current promotions, trends, and new merchandise
- Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment
- Complete cash register transactions and assist with merchandise moves and floor recovery
