Job Requirements

- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to handle electronic devices and process transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences
- Take the time to understand each customer’s needs, offering personalized recommendations and connecting them with the right products and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space including recovering the floor and fitting rooms
- Review sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling items, and current promotions daily to stay informed and ready to engage customers
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you
- Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and the community
- Achieve sales goals and learn from team members to deliver individual and store results
