- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand and identify customer needs to offer personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and sales goals to confidently engage customers
- Assist customers in using the loyalty program and provide excellent checkout experiences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques
