Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and team members

- Ability to handle electronic devices and cash register transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review sales goals, promotions, and product knowledge daily to effectively engage customers
- Support merchandise moves and update signage and pricing as needed
- Finish customer transactions by sharing loyalty program benefits and ensuring complete satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets through smart selling behaviors
