Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and personalized service
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Drive sales by meeting daily sales goals and opening credit accounts
- Communicate benefits of loyalty programs and complete sales transactions
- Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration
- Stay informed on product trends, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively
