Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively up to 25 times per hour
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet
- commitment to safety and confidentiality
- willingness to comply with virtual hiring process requirements including having camera on and refraining from AI tools during interviews
- successful background check including ID verification
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly
- ability to work extended periods standing or walking and work at heights greater than 4 feet
- ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and assist with shopping
- uphold merchandising and presentation standards according to company guidelines
- promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment
- adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality
- create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected
- support various store functions with a team-oriented approach
- perform additional tasks as assigned by management
