Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior retail or customer service experience
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively up to 25 times per hour
  • ability to perform repetitive motions
  • ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet
  • commitment to safety and confidentiality
  • willingness to comply with virtual hiring process requirements including having camera on and refraining from AI tools during interviews
  • successful background check including ID verification

Job Qualifications

  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
  • ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly
  • ability to work extended periods standing or walking and work at heights greater than 4 feet
  • ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and assist with shopping
  • uphold merchandising and presentation standards according to company guidelines
  • promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment
  • adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality
  • create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected
  • support various store functions with a team-oriented approach
  • perform additional tasks as assigned by management
