Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Capability to read and comprehend employment policies, safety rules, and procedures
- Comfortable working independently and within a team dynamic
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
- Physical capability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn continuously
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal conversations to build relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review and meet daily sales goals by engaging customers effectively
- Share loyalty program benefits and provide excellent checkout experiences
- Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers better
- Update signs, prices, and assist with merchandise moves on the sales floor
- Operate electronic devices including cash registers to process transactions accurately
