Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience through work or military
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with schedule provided four weeks in advance
- Openness to pick up additional shifts during summer, holidays, or peak vacation periods

- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant work or military experience
- Experience working in a commission-based environment preferred
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and exceptional customer service
- Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with complete sales solutions
- Close sales by utilizing strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with intuitive tech solutions
- Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and upskilling in merchandising and inventory operations
- Grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending messages to current customers interested in Verizon products
- Engage with the community at off-site Verizon sponsored events to expand customer loyalty
