Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- no prior experience required but preferred
- ability to stand and walk for eight hours a day
- capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds at times
- willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow food safety and specialized attire requirements
- must be comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
- ability to travel occasionally to nearby stores
- physical ability to reach, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and grip
- ability to work in cooler and cold temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months of retail or guest service experience preferred
- ServSafe or food safety certification a plus but not mandatory
- comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
- high energy and team-oriented
- ability to multitask and quickly switch between activities
- basic computer skills helpful
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
- operate the cash register efficiently
- adjust quickly to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- brew coffee and stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
- participate in keeping the store clean and maintaining high standards as part of a team
- support management in day-to-day operations
- cross-train in all areas of the store to gain comprehensive operational experience
