Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting
- engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations
- become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence
- assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
- cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products
- process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system
