Job Requirements
- No minimum education required
- Preferred high school diploma or GED
- No minimum experience required
- Preferred 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working in cooler environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Travel up to 5 percent of work time to other nearby stores
- Ability to wear specialized attire if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience preferred
- Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
- High energy and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to switch between tasks quickly
- Team-oriented and willing to help others
- Basic computer skills helpful
- Food safety certification such as ServSafe is a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and friendly smile
- Operate the cash register efficiently

- Brew coffee and stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
- Maintain store cleanliness and high standards
- Support manager with daily store operations
