Job Requirements
- Minimum education not required
- Preferred education high school or GED
- Minimum experience not required
- Preferred experience 3 to 6 months in retail or guest service restaurant
- Preferred licenses or certifications ServSafe or food safety certification a plus
- Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
- High energy
- Ability to move quickly between activities
- Team oriented and willing to give extra effort to help others
- Basic computer skills helpful
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Specialized attire required in food establishments
- May travel to other nearby stores occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3 to 6 months of retail or guest service experience preferred
- ServSafe or food safety certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
- High energy and adaptability
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others
- Basic computer skills helpful
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
- Operate the cash register efficiently
- Adjust to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Brew coffee and stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Support day-to-day store operations
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to uphold store standards
