Job Requirements
- No minimum education required
- preferred high school diploma or GED
- no minimum experience required
- preferred 3-6 months retail or guest service experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds
- willing to wear specialized attire in food service environments
- comfortable interacting with guests and team members
- high energy
- ability to switch tasks quickly
- team oriented
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months retail or guest service experience preferred
- customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ServSafe or food safety certification a plus but not mandatory
- basic computer skills helpful
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
- operate the cash register efficiently
- adjust to fast-paced and changing work environments
- brew coffee and stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
- maintain cleanliness and uphold store standards
- support the manager in day-to-day operations
- participate actively as part of the team to deliver excellent customer service
