Job Requirements
- Minimum education not required
- preferred education is high school or GED
- no minimum experience required
- preferred experience is 3-6 months in retail or guest service restaurant
- flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and walk for 8 hours
- willingness to work day and night shifts
- occasional travel to nearby stores
- specialized attire required in food establishments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience preferred
- ServSafe or Food Safety certification a plus
- comfortable interacting with guests and team members
- high energy and ability to multitask
- team-oriented attitude
- basic computer skills helpful
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
- operate the cash register efficiently
- adjust to fast-paced and changing work environments
- brew coffee and stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
- maintain store cleanliness and organization
- support management in daily store operations
- participate in teamwork to uphold store standards
