Job Requirements
- No minimum education required
- preferred high school diploma or GED
- no minimum experience required
- preferred 3-6 months retail or guest service experience
- ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to occasionally travel to nearby stores
- physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours
- willingness to wear specialized attire in food service environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months of retail or guest service experience preferred

- ability to quickly move between tasks

- basic computer skills
- ServSafe or food safety certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and smile
- operate the cash register efficiently
- adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- brew coffee and stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
- maintain cleanliness and store organization
- support the manager in day-to-day operations
- participate in all parts of the job to deliver the best guest experience
