Job Requirements

- no minimum experience required
- ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
- ability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- willingness to work in cooler temperatures
- ability to follow specialized attire requirements in food establishments
- flexible to work up to 29 hours part-time or 30-40 hours full-time
- able to work at other nearby store locations occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience preferred
- comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
- high energy and ability to move quickly between tasks
- team oriented and willing to help others
- basic computer skills are helpful
- ServSafe or food safety certification a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
- operate the cash register efficiently
- adjust quickly to a fast-paced environment
- brew coffee and stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
- maintain store cleanliness and organization as part of a team
- support day-to-day store operations
- participate actively in delivering exceptional customer service
