Job Requirements
- No minimum education required
- part-time or full-time availability
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds occasionally
- stand and walk for up to 8 hours daily
- willingness to work in cooler environments
- ability to travel up to 5 percent occasionally to nearby stores
- specialized attire required in food establishments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant experience preferred
- ServSafe or food safety certification a plus but not mandatory
- comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
- high energy and team-oriented attitude
- ability to move quickly between tasks
- basic computer skills helpful
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
- operate the cash register efficiently
- adjust to fast-paced and varying daily tasks
- brew coffee and stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
- maintain store cleanliness and organization
- support the manager in day-to-day store operations
- contribute to delivering exceptional customer service
