Job Requirements

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts including weekends and evenings
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point of sale system

Job Duties
- Engage with and educate customers to help them make the best choices for their travel needs
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
- Assume leadership of the store in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain an inviting store environment
- Complete all job responsibilities such as restocking the sales floor, ringing customers, etc. as directed
- Work together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and for each other
