Job Requirements
- Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests
- be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Haagen-Dazs product to guests
- be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu
- weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests
- follow the correct ice cream scooping method
- maintain a neat and clean personal appearance
- report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform
- willing to perform all assigned activities
- ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care
- prior customer service experience a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, shakes, smoothies and cakes
- operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments
- clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room/storage
- prepare and re-stock ingredients
- perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures
