Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs
- physical capacity for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
- ability to grasp, push, and pull items frequently
- capability to lift bulky items up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds in stock and fulfillment roles
- strong customer service skills
- willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- assist customers with cashiering across various platforms including in-store, online, and mobile
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting clothing
- maintain a clean and clutter-free salesfloor by sorting and returning merchandise
- keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
- demonstrate expertise in store technologies
- adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards
- promote Nordstrom Rewards program initiatives
