Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours continuously
- physical capacity to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to handle freight and stock merchandise
- clear communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- compliance with company policies and background checks

Job Duties
- work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready
- assist customers when cashiering with various transactions across platforms including operating point-of-sale systems
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and managing clothing return
- maintain a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning items to the salesfloor
- keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
- demonstrate expertise in all store technologies
- adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards
- promote initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program
