Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate cash registers and point of sale technology
- excellent communication skills

- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift merchandise as required

Job Duties
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and assisting them with fitting rooms
- motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program
- keep stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes including checking in and ticketing merchandise accurately
- work with the team to ensure the sales floor remains visually appealing and organized through re-merchandising and straightening
- assist customers with various transactions to provide a seamless and friendly experience
- demonstrate expertise in all store technologies
- defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
