Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform continuous movement such as bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift regularly items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, and for stock and fulfillment roles lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms including operating a point-of-sale system and bagging items of all sizes
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- Create a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor
- Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- Promote initiatives like our Nordstrom Rewards program
