Job Requirements
- High school diploma and 1 year service or customer service experience required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well with others/the public
- Serv-Safe food certificate upon hire preferred

Job Duties
- Provides excellent customer service to all customers
- Creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Provides goods and services based on customer's requests
- Works with the management team to source products to be sold
- Completes daily, weekly, and monthly inventory to determine needs and orders accordingly
- Communicates with vendors as needed to maintain proper supply of products
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Follows proper safety standards in accordance with regulatory and University guidelines
- Stocks all areas using proper HACCP procedures and rotates products accordingly
- Completes all mandatory training as required
- May train and/or mentor new or lower-level staff
- Other duties as assigned
