Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Ability to perform essential functions or arrange reasonable accommodations
Job Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
- Capability to assist with multi-channel retail processes
- Willingness to participate in physical activities required for store duties
- Cross training capabilities in custom framing
Job Duties
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- Execute cash handling to standards
- Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including return/go back process and general store recovery
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company programs
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Other duties as assigned
