Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Ability to perform essential functions or arrange reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
  • Capability to assist with multi-channel retail processes
  • Willingness to participate in physical activities required for store duties
  • Cross training capabilities in custom framing

Job Duties

  • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
  • Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Execute cash handling to standards
  • Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
  • Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
  • Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
  • Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including return/go back process and general store recovery
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company programs
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
  • Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
  • Other duties as assigned
