Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in retail preferred
- Knowledge of active lifestyle choices like yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition
- Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners
- Ability to work in large teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like lifting 10-30 lbs
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion
- Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products
- Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects
- Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to enhance customer experience
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines for an easy and valuable shopping journey
- Provide feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business
- Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
- Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues
- Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10-30 pounds as required
