Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • MAST Class 12 Permit
  • Food Handler's Permit
  • two or three years prior experience in retail operations and data entry, ecommerce operations experience is a plus
  • strong communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • detail-oriented
  • ability to thrive in team environments
  • ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
  • availability on evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift 30 to 40 pounds repeatedly

Job Duties

  • Maintain and coordinate inventory of tasting room materials
  • collaborate with the Guest Services Retail Operations Manager and Executive Chef to create tasting menus and daily food menus
  • support tasting room promotions by coordinating with the Events team to develop and implement promotional materials including digital screens, tabletop displays, and signage for curated and themed offerings
  • manage and update digital display content featuring tasting room offerings
  • input accurate data entry for mailing list cards
  • provide eCommerce pick-up order support including moving orders to pick-up, verifying inventory availability and placing orders if needed, and communicating with guests to confirm fulfillment once items are ready
  • assist tasting room staff with event or table turnover and setup
  • perform other related duties as assigned
