Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MAST Class 12 Permit
- Food Handler’s Permit
- Two or three years prior experience in retail operations and data entry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in team settings
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds repetitively
Job Qualifications

- Experience with eCommerce operations is a plus

Job Duties
- Maintain and coordinate inventory of tasting room materials
- Collaborate with the Guest Services Retail Operations Manager and Executive Chef to create tasting menus and daily food menus
- Support tasting room promotions by coordinating with the Events team to develop and implement promotional materials including digital screens, tabletop displays, and signage for curated and themed offerings
- Manage and update digital display content that features tasting room offerings
- Input accurate data entry for mailing list cards
- Provide eCommerce pick-up order support including moving orders to pick-up, verifying inventory availability and placing orders if needed, and communicating with guests to confirm fulfillment once items are ready
- Assist the tasting room staff with event or table turnover and setup
- Perform other related duties as assigned
