Job Duties
- Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
- promotes a culture of honesty and integrity
- orchestrates truck delivery prioritizing merchandise processing
- trains and mentors associates on merchandising principles
- ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded
- communicates with coordinator on duty to ensure efficient flow
- ensures associates complete tasks and prioritizes as needed
- monitors team productivity and coaches as necessary
- organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment
- maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- maintains organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for backroom
- ensures compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
- communicates effectively with management and associates
- provides and accepts feedback
- partners with management on associate training
- ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
- promotes credit and loyalty programs
- supports store shrink reduction goals
- promotes safety awareness
