Job Duties

  • create a positive internal and external customer experience
  • promote a culture of honesty and integrity
  • orchestrate truck delivery, prioritizing merchandise processing onto sales floor
  • train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles
  • ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
  • communicate with coordinator on duty to ensure efficient flow of goods
  • monitor team productivity and coach as necessary
  • organize and rotate back stock for replenishment
  • maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards
  • uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for backroom
  • ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
  • communicate effectively with management and associates
  • provide and accept recognition and feedback
  • partner with management on associate training needs
  • ensure adherence to labor laws and policies
  • promote credit and loyalty programs
  • support store shrink reduction goals
  • promote safety awareness
  • perform other duties as assigned
