Job Duties
- create a positive internal and external customer experience
- promote a culture of honesty and integrity
- orchestrate truck delivery, prioritizing merchandise processing onto sales floor
- train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles
- ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
- communicate with coordinator on duty to ensure efficient flow of goods
- monitor team productivity and coach as necessary
- organize and rotate back stock for replenishment
- maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for backroom
- ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
- communicate effectively with management and associates
- provide and accept recognition and feedback
- partner with management on associate training needs
- ensure adherence to labor laws and policies
- promote credit and loyalty programs
- support store shrink reduction goals
- promote safety awareness
- perform other duties as assigned
