Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years work experience preferably in sales or customer service
Ability to communicate effectively
Drive for results
Teamwork skills
Flexibility to work Saturdays
Ability to stand, sit, bend and lift up to 15 pounds
Proficiency with computer systems and applications

Job Duties

Perform fundamental customer interactions including member services and product sales
Be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services
Adhere to branch operations, standard operating procedures, and compliance
Promote AAA products and services to members to achieve individual and branch goals
Understand and anticipate member needs and recommend relevant solutions
Use active listening skills to identify unmet member needs
Learn and utilize multiple computer systems and custom software applications
