Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2 to 4 years sales, management, or leadership experience
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret financial, legal, and technical information
Ability to read and analyze reports
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
Ability to conduct meetings and presentations
Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data management, and electronic point of sale and inventory systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Team management experience
Willingness to travel as needed for training and events
Ability to work in various physical conditions including standing, walking, lifting up to 50lbs, and exposure to outdoor elements and noisy environments
