We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wine Retail Manager to join our team. This pivotal role carries the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of our e-commerce-focused wine retail shop, ensuring the efficient management of staff, inventory, and customer relations. The Wine Retail Manager will be instrumental in driving sales on the retail floor while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Maintaining inventory accuracy is a key component of this role; regular inventory counts and discrepancy reconciliation help ensure stock levels meet demand without overstocking. Additionally, the manager will oversee the presentation of floor displays and ensure that the shop remains visually appealing and inviting to customers.

A strong commitment to customer satisfaction is essential, with the manager expected to assist customers in selecting wines that best suit their preferences and to foster a culture of excellent service among the team. Familiarity with POS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be advantageous.
