Job Requirements
- Prior retail or management experience in wine, spirits, or hospitality strongly preferred
- Must be organized, energetic, and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills
- Retail hours include weekends, evenings, and some holidays, so flexibility is required
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge and passion for wine
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations and staff scheduling
- Supervise and support staff in fulfilling orders, restocking, and customer service
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory, including receiving and processing deliveries
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain floor displays and ensure the store is consistently well-stocked and visually appealing
- Foster outstanding customer service and assist customers with selections as needed
- Train and mentor new staff members to ensure consistency and quality
- Collaborate with ownership on store promotions, events, and seminars
- Uphold store cleanliness and presentation standards at all times
