Job Duties
- Ordering and purchasing
- weekly and month end inventory
- maintaining food cost goals

- complete weekly production prop and pull sheets
- training and scheduling of café staff
- maintain quality service and quality food
- adhere to cash handling procedures for register and safe
- maintain professional uniform appearance
