  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ordering and purchasing
  • weekly and month end inventory
  • maintaining food cost goals
  • develop and oversee the production of café daily menu
  • complete weekly production prop and pull sheets
  • training and scheduling of café staff
  • maintain quality service and quality food
  • adhere to cash handling procedures for register and safe
  • maintain professional uniform appearance
