Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous key holder or supervisory experience preferred but not required
foodservice or cooking experience a plus
bilingual in Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish desired
ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
ability to lift 35 lbs. or more
flexibility to work nights and weekends
authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

shift leadership responsibilities
store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management
ensure outstanding and consistent customer service
partner with manager on day-to-day business needs
efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels
provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience
maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standards
execute product demonstrations and special events
maintain a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphere
