Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous key holder or supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • foodservice or cooking experience a plus
  • bilingual in Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish desired
  • ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift 35 lbs. or more
  • flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • authorized to work in the U.S.

  • retail sales experience preferred

Job Duties

  • shift leadership responsibilities
  • store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management
  • ensure outstanding and consistent customer service
  • partner with manager on day-to-day business needs
  • efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels
  • provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience
  • maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with set standards
  • execute product demonstrations and special events
  • maintain a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphere
