Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as key holder, shift leader, or retail supervisor preferred but not required

- Ability to mentor and lead a retail team
- Problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment
Job Duties
- Customer service management to engage with customers and provide expert advice
- Retail leadership role overseeing daily operations including store opening and closing
- Mentoring and supporting team members in sales, customer service, and operations
- Contributing to achieving store and individual sales goals
- Executing merchandising plans, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Overseeing stock and inventory routines in collaboration with store management
- Proactively identifying and resolving in-store issues to ensure smooth shopping experience
