Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Previous experience as key holder, shift leader, or retail supervisor preferred but not required
  • Strong sales skills to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Ability to mentor and lead a retail team
  • Problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment

Job Duties

  • Customer service management to engage with customers and provide expert advice
  • Retail leadership role overseeing daily operations including store opening and closing
  • Mentoring and supporting team members in sales, customer service, and operations
  • Contributing to achieving store and individual sales goals
  • Executing merchandising plans, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness
  • Overseeing stock and inventory routines in collaboration with store management
  • Proactively identifying and resolving in-store issues to ensure smooth shopping experience
