Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • previous experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred but not required
  • sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred
  • strong sales skills to drive revenue growth
  • excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to mentor and support retail staff
  • ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Engage with customers to deliver expert product advice, supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, mentor and support team members in customer service and sales skills, contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets, execute merchandising plans and maintain store cleanliness, oversee stock and inventory processes, proactively resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience
